| The Somers Point Business Association (SPBA) will host its next monthly breakfast meeting on Wednesday, March 13 starting at 8 a.m. at the Greate Bay County Club, 901 Mays Landing Road in Somers Point. The cost is $10 per person and includes a full breakfast. Guest Speaker Rich Hohmann, Partner/Senior Business Consultant at Innovative Leadership of the Delaware Valley, LLC, will present “How to Create a Simple Strategic Business Performance Process to Measure your Success!” This is a great opportunity for Somers Point business owners to learn how to use a simple process to formulate goals, gain the benefits of team effectiveness, implement a plan and monitor its progress.
The presentation will include methods for spending more time ‘on’ your business as opposed to ‘in’ your business, as well as how the process will help you focus on ‘what matters most’ to you and your business; help you connect the business strategy to the employee, resulting in a more engaged and motivated workforce; and how it allows for inside and outside ideas and innovation.
The SPBA is an organization that brings together businesses and professionals interested in the promotion, improvement and advancement of the business climate of Somers Point.
