"5 Steps to Run Your Training Program Like a Business" Seminar

TOYS "R" US Corporate and The Northern NJ Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development (NNJ-ASTD) invite area executives and ASTD members to joint them for an executive breakfast meeting. Edward Trolley, Learning Executive nd co-author of "Running Your Training Program Like a Business," will discuss how to deliver clear business value to the organization through training.

Attendees will learn how training can close the gap between hard-edged business issues and training solutions to make a measurable impact. Edward Trolley will share his findings from his book, including his five-step process for transforming traditional training organizations into training enterprises capable of delivering unmistakable value.

The event is from 8:30-11:30 AM. ASTD members and business leaders are invited to attend. The program, part of NNJ-ASTD's 2009 Professional Development Series, is open to the public. NNJ-ASTD members and Alliance Partners pay $45; non-members pay $55. Pre-registration is required to attend and space is limited. To register, go to www.nnjastd.org.
